These Terms govern your use of carlabarry.com and the services offered by Carla Barry Prep ("we," "us," or "Carla Barry"). By using our site, signing up, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
We offer SAT and ACT test preparation, college admissions consulting, group courses, one-on-one sessions, and digital downloads. Specific offerings, pricing, and schedules are described on our site and may change over time.
Purchases and payments
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize the applicable charge.
- Prices are shown at the point of sale. Promotional pricing is available only while offered.
- You are responsible for providing accurate payment and contact information.
Digital downloads
Digital products (such as printable guides) are licensed to you for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please do not share, redistribute, resell, or post them publicly.
Refund Policy
Educational services and classes — all sales are final. Payments for PRO+ courses, group classes, one-on-one sessions, consultations, and boot camps are non-refundable. Enrolling reserves your place and Carla's time, and preparation begins in advance, so these fees cannot be refunded once a purchase is made — including for missed, unused, or partially attended sessions.
Rescheduling. While fees are non-refundable, we want you to get full value. If you need to miss a scheduled session, contact us at info@carlabarry.com at least 48 hours in advance and we will do our best to reschedule or apply a credit toward a future session, subject to availability.
Digital downloads — all sales are final. Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all digital download purchases are non-refundable.
This policy applies to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any exceptions are made solely at Carla Barry Prep's discretion and do not change this policy.
No guarantee of results
We are committed to high-quality instruction, but test scores and admissions outcomes depend on many factors. We do not guarantee any particular score, score increase, scholarship, or admissions decision.
Intellectual property
All content on this site and in our materials — including text, guides, course materials, branding, and design — belongs to Carla Barry Prep and is protected by law. You may not copy or reuse it without permission.
Scheduling and conduct
Sessions and courses are subject to availability and any scheduling or cancellation policies communicated at booking. We ask that students and families engage respectfully so we can provide the best experience for everyone.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carla Barry Prep is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our site or services. Our services are provided on an "as is" basis.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
